RUMANIAN FRONT.
GERMAN COMMAND. RUMOR OF FALKENHAYN'S RECALL. LONDON, November 21. (Received November 22, at 8.50 a.m.) A Bucharest wireless message states that it is rumored that Von Falkenhayn has been recalled from the Transylvanian command, and that Von Mackensen is replacing him; while Von Ludendorff (Hindenburg's Chief of Staff) is taking over the southern front in place of Mackensen.
