HOLLAND AND THE ZEPPELINS.
AMSTERDAM, November 3. Germany has apologised to Holland for the flight of »i Zeppelin, over Dutch territory on October 22. She explains that owing to motor difficulties the Zeppelin was obliired to drop two benzine tanks. Tho commander of the airship thought ha was over Belgian territory.
