RUSSIAN BATTLESHIP DAMAGED.

[The Sevastopol is a new battleship of 23,000 tons, carrying 12 12-in, 16 4.7 in, and 8 smaller guns.] WITH THE AUSTRALIANS. The following casualties to New Zealanders serving with the Imperial Forces are reported :—Second Sco'ts Guards : Killed in action, September 25, C. J. Heverley (Mr Heverley, Waikawa road, Picton).' First East' Riding Brigade : Killed in action, October 23, Captain Edward Boulnois (Mr A. Boulnois, Aylesbury, Canterbury). Private Donald M'Kenzie, missing since September 27/ is a. Scotsman by birth, and came out to the Dominion just over three years ago Ho was farming in tho Limestone Plains district when "he enlisted in the Fifth. While in Scotland Private M'Kenzie, wtio _ was wmmded on Ga-lli-poli and a train in France, was -i member of the Gordon Highlander Volunteers. One brother (wounded) went with the Seventh, another is with tho Canadians, and another (also wounded) in serving with the Gordons.
