AMSTERDAM, September 20

Serious rioting has occurred at Chemnitz ns the result of the announcement that many Chemnitz workmen were killed on the Somme.

The hussars and infantry chiwged the rioters, and continuous street lighting followed, in which 40 were killed, and 300 were arrested. Five hussars wenf killed and 14 injured.
