I;, "b.M. heard the evidence as to the re.sult of (lie post, ■mortem, examination conducted by Dr Eoberts. The following verdict was returned :—" That deceased died_ on August 10, 1916, at Dunedin Hospital from septicemia following on injuries caused by deceased being accidentally crusted between a railway truck and an embankment at Balclutba on March 9 1915^2
