The City nnd suburban receiving boxes will be cleared at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, instead of at midnight. A counter delivery of City and jjjibu.rban letters will be made between 7 and 8 p.m. on Thursday April 20. Mails will be despatched as usual on Thursday. Two full deliveries will be made by the letter-carriers at 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. A delivery of tho City and suburban correspondence will be made over the counter at the Chief Post Office (Gar. nson Hall) between 7 and 8 p.nu The usual despatch *of mails' will be made up to 8 a.m. on Monday.
