NO FRICTION, BUT DO NOT AGREE. LONDON, April 11. (Received April 12, at 12.50 p.m.) In the House of Commons Mr Tennant said ho understood that Lord Derby and Lord Montagu of Beaulieu had resigned from the Air Committee. He added that there were differences of opinion anions the committeemen, but no friction.
