FULLERS’ VAUDEVILLE. Another great and enthusiastic audience occupied the Princess Theatre last night, the present programme is by common acclaim the livest and most amusing shown these many months, and several of the new acts are topliners. Chief honors go to the brilliant juggling duo—the Littlejohns—and to the delightfully humorous two-act of Armitage and Hi'nc; but throughout it is difficult to distinguish between the merits of a fine all-round compaii|v, including AI axi m o (the daring slaclcvire adept), the colored comedians (Brown and Sorlie), the clever sleight-of-hand performer (.M. Nickelson), and the Victor Prince Company in their new and sparkung musical revue, ‘La Belle Napoli. 5 Ihe same programme is announced for tonight. PAUL DEFAULT'S RETURN. The Canadian tenor, who is widely remembered for his immediate conquest of the Dominion by the charm of his voice and his magnetic personality, is now on the high seas en route -to Wellington, where ha arrives on April 20. Mi’ Dufaolt 13 one of those rare artists who succeed in making one realise the vast difference there is between merely vocalising a song anc. conveying the meaning of its message. Thera i* in hit singing a human note that commands the sympathy of his auditorc and that invests every song with a whole-hearted sincerity. In fact, as an interpretative artist, he may frankly bo said to be unique among those who have visited ns.
