[ Applications closed at the Lands Office yesterday for a number of sections at | Puketoi, Upper Taieri district, and also three others in different parts of Otago. For the small grazing run 308 m, at Pnketoi, 3,985 acres, there were 45 applicants. There were 26 applications for pastoral run 261q '2,353 acres), 23 for run 261r (3,006 acres), 20 for 261s (1,580 acres), 23 for run 261t (2.673 acres), 23 for run 261u. (1,909 acres), and 22 for ran 261 v (1,855 acres). For section 29, block 14, \Rimu, 176 acres, there were four applications, and for section 7, block 8, Woodland, 225 acres, two applications. There were no applicants for section 15, block 8. Warona. 52 acres.
