One young Baltimorean srravelv assured his teacher that Lewis Carrol! author of 'Alice in Wonderland,' wrote 'The Star-spangled Banner.' On heim afked how many people were saved ir Noah'e Ark, one pupil replied : "We nl" of us were." The question " Why does a blacksmith heat an iron tyre before put ting it on the wheel?" received from on" boy (who apparently thought it a " catch " question! the answer "He doesn't."
