ROBERTSON OF BRIGHTON.
TO THE EDITOH. Sir, —I was. very interested in Dean lienson's letter on Robertson of Brighton, and -wish it, had been longer. It is not generally known that Robertson could say, as Gladstone said about himself, that every drop of blood in his veins was Scotch. There has been a i.ew biography of him published lately, and his son has expressed great disappointment that this fact has not been clearly statod. Poor Robertson Well might ha "say, with Robbio Bums: " They will think more of mo a. hundred years after than they do now." If any man was ever done to death for his views and what ho preached, and that by his superiors, it was Robertson of Brighton.
