SHORT SHRIFT FOR TRAITORS.
LONDON, February 7. (Received February 8, at 2.35 p.m.) An official notice which has been published in Lincolnshire towns states that persons who are seen flashing lights or letting off rockets or fireworks when hostile aircraft are present or expected will be fired on without notice.
