At the Supreme Court to-day John Boss, charged with theft fro madw© Ring ait Hamilton, was admitted to two years’ probation, a condition being that he abstain from intoxicating liquor. Matthew Cox, for horse-stealing alt Hamilton, was sentenced to 14 days’ imprisonment (the sentence to take effect on the expiration of the term he is now serving) and two years’ reformative treatment.
