A WARNING.
.TO THE EDITOR. . Will you publish this as a warning to vi'omen living in Maitland street ? As my daughter was returning home on Saturday night a man overtook her, put a handkerchief over her mouth, and threw her down. She managed to scream, and the fellow made off. It might have been very serious, as the handkerchief had a suspicion of something on it, her mouth being sore afterwards.—l am, etc., „ , Mgtheb, September 16.
