DUNEDIN EXCHANGE. A fair amount of quoting was done on the _ Exchange this morning. Auckland mining quotations show a drop in Talismans and Waihis, the former company being quoted with a seller at 17s 9d and at 17s. Waihis were on offer at 35s 6d. Junctions were fought for at 21s, with no sellers under 21s 9d. After being neglected for some time, Westport mining shares have come in for business, Blackwater Mines being reported at 16s 6d. In the investment market bank shares had an inquirer, but insurance shares were somewhat neglected. Shipping E hares cnnie in for injniry, Union Steams being offered at 22s 3d, with buyers at 22s 2d. Union Steams (pref.) had a buyer at 19s 9d. Westport Stockton had inquiry at 5s Id, but no seller under 5s 6d. The rest of the market was much the same as yesterday.
