LODGE MEETING

The. Hope of Dunedin Lodge. 1.0. G.T., held their weekly meeting in their lodge room, Moray place. A number of alterations and improvements have been made to the hall, and complimentary remarks were made. C.T. Bro. Pen'era presided. Tho Anniversary Committee reported having nia.de. good progress with the programme. The C.T. arranged the programme for the evening, which took the form of •" Topical Talks on the 1.0.G.T.,' in which everyone joined. An instructive address was given by Bro. M'Cnrtney. who also sang 'The Marseillaise," as he had heard it sung by a French regiment. Several songs were, sung, and an enjoyable evening closed with votes to the visitors, to which Bro. M'Cnrtney (Rescue) and Sister Gain (Pioneer) responded.
