ihe Caversham Presbyterian Sunday School anniversary was celebrated yesterdav. The morning service was conducted bv the Rev. A Gray, who took as his text Proverbs xiv., 11. Ho emphasised the great value of home life. Of ihe three great institutions of the nation—the home, the Church, and the Stale—the home was the most important ami hi ? h ideals of home.and family relationships were essential for the well-being of the nation. He referred to the importance, both' to individuals and to lKliions, of a recogsition of opportunities. Thfc collections for the day were in aid of the Sunday School funds, 'and amounted to about £9.
