(Received May 7, at 1.5 p.m.) In the House of Lords Lord Crewe said that India had sown four million acres of wheat ii- excess of the previous year. He hoped the exportable!! surplus would be at least two million tons, or sufficient to prevent anything like a nanic in Groat Britain.
