In case of a refusal the Young Turks threatened to make a w-parate peace frith the Entente. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 12. Fearing an upri&iiig of Old Turks, tin* ex-Sultan Abdul Ha mid has been removed to Smyrna, by Enver Bey's orders.
