CORPORATION SUPPLIES
TENDERS FOR THE YEAR
It is recommended by the Works Committee of the City Council that the following tenders for supplies and services during the year bo accepted : Mr M. Stevenson, for the supply of horses, carts, and drivers for'Leith and Central Wards ; Mr Geo. Calder, for the supply and delivery of metal spalls, ballast, 'and screenings for Valley Ward; the Miibu.ni Lime and Cement Company, Ltd., for tlie supply and delivery of cement and lime; Mr Henry Guthrie, for the supply and delivery of coal as may be required by the various departments ; Messrs Lambert Bros, and Co., for the supply of drainago pipes; Mr M. Stevenson, for the supply and delivery of ballast for Caversham Ward at 3s per yard; Mr M. Stevenson, for the- cartago of metal, spalls, etc., from Woodhaugh quarry to various streets in Leith and Central "Wards; Mr M. Stevenson, for the cartage of metal, etc., from : Shiel's, Begg's, and Fox's quarries to various streets in Caversham Ward ; Mr Jas. B. Duthie, for the cartage of metal, etc., bom tbo Stone street quarry to various dsaeto te Boslyn Ward..
