OGIER GOES ON THURSDAY. Havre Goodman, the veteran trainer, was taken ill during tho Go-re mooting, and lias since Men quite poorly, but he is now on the improve, and to-day reported himself fit to go to Christchurch with Ogicr on Thursday morning. BOWLING. On the Dunedin Bowling Club’s Green this morning a 10-rink match was played between the Dunedin Club and tho Commercial. Travellers’ Club. Tho scores were: Dunedin 207, Commercial Travellers 173. Luncheon, provided by_ the “ commercials,” was laid in the pavilion, upstairs. -Mr If. W. ..Mitchell thanked the Bowling Club for the use, of their green, and Air W. Emery made a. suitable reply. Another match was in progress this afternoon.
