A RECORD TO BE PROUD OF.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir,- —I see that the schools football championship has been won by the Christian Brothers' School. I think thai their record is very creditable to their trainer. Out of three cups offered they have taken three, and I think they are recognised by all others in the competitions «s good sportsmen. I also notice that in the B grade ihere are two teams (the. B's and the Cs), and the latter are to be complimented on the sportsmanlike way' in which .they play the game, turn up to their matches, and take their beatings. Their forwards play together well, and if they had good half-back* they would certainly top the list.—l am, etc.', Lover of SroRT. September 24.
