Junctions again displayed a finning tendency this morning, a parcel changing hands at 24s 9d, while the market closed with further buyers at the same figure and sellers asking 255. Waihis and Talismans, the latter particularly, also showed improvement. In the investment division renewed inuiry was made for National Banks at 100s, while Bank of New Zealands (new) were wanted at £l4 18s, and the old issue came in for enquiry at 192s 6d with no sellers under 210s. Business was done in National Insurances at 49s 9d, and New were in demand at 109s. Buyers of Standards offered 32s 6d, but found no holders prepared to do business at less than 365.
