Alarming rir«r.ors have reached the Government that Villa contemplates joining President Oarbajal agairn-t Carranza. It, is stated that Mexico City is threatened with mutiny and brigandage. HUERTA WANTED BACK. MEXICO CITY, July 24. (Received July 25. at 10.55 a.m.) Placards are posted throughout the city accusing Huerta of the murder of Madoro and Suarez, and suggesting that he ought to be extradited and tried for these dimes.
