A MESSAGE TO THE NATION. (London‘Time*’ and Sydney' Sun’Services.) VIENNA. July 6. In a letter to his people the Emperor reminds them that they have shared his sorrows and joys for 65 years. Ho puts trust in their deep love for him. and declares that the fanaticism of a small band of misguided men cannot shake his House. He adds: “ This fresh and painful trial which God's unfathomable decree lias imposed upon me and mine will strengthen me in my resolve to follow the way I know to be right.”
