THE HINDUS NOT TO LAND

JUDGMENT OF THE COURT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright VANCOUVER, July 6. (Received July 7, at 12.10 p.m.)

The Court of Appeal of British Columbia decided unanimously against the Hindus aboard the Komagata Mara being allowed to land. The Court held that the Order-in-Council prohibiting tho admission of Asiatics was good, and had full effect. The Hindus did not possess the necessary amount of money to permit them to land in Canada. They had not made a direct journey to this country. The majority of them were, also unskilled laborers, and therefore temporarily barred under any circumstance?.
