CONFIDENCE MUST BE RESTORED. (London 'iTimes ’ and Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Services, PARIS, June 10. The attitnd© of the new Government is staunch adherence to the Triennial Law. They will devote their energies to a solution of the financial problem in order to restore confidence in the country. The Socialists and Radicals are indignant over being outwitted by M. Ribot, who has secured the support of the great majority of Moderate Republicans.
