District, Attorney Whitman has drawn up 88 indictments against the electoral officials connected with Tammany Hall for using the names of dead men during recent elections. Mr. Whitman asserts that " Boss " Murphy used his residence for the names of four dead men whose personators had voted at elections for a number of years past.
