(Received April 30, at 1.50 p.ta-1 In the House of Commons Mr Balfour created a scene by referring to Mr Churchill's "Prove it." Mr Balfour said thera was ample proof in Mr Churchill's speechei that he was such a. master of the art ol vituperation that he was not entitled tc tender treatment. Mr Bonar Law said that Mr ChnrchiU'i peace suggestion was made in an incongruous setting, but the Opposition would give it fair and honest consideration. Mr Chamberlain's motion was rejecter by 344 to 264 votes. [The full coalition majority is 98.]
