* The anr.ual report of the New Zealand Rugby Union Management Committee states that £2OO was distributed last season to affiliated unions for the encouragement of Rugby in the primary schools. Arrangements have been made to increase the Otago advance by £SOO for ground improvements. The balance-sheet shows that the accumulated fund on March 31 vas £1,335 6s lOd.
