Burnside was played, resulting in a win for Burnside by 72 points to 49. The green was a trifle heavy, and did not draw too well. The Mayor (Mr W. Geddes), in the absence of the president, referred to the position the club held in interclub matches. He thought they were to be congratulated on the positions gained by members at the Dunedin and Oamaru tournaments. OTAGO. The Otago Club brought their season to a close on Saturday. The feature of the afternoon was the final for the Champiooship Doubles, in which E. Patterson and F. H. King met M'Gaskoll and P. Mark. It was a very close game up to about the 14th head, after which King tan a,way from his opponent, finishing 10 up and .ne head to play.
