♦ THE EPIRUS REVOLT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ATHENS, March 3. Tho Greek Governor of Horytza has handed over the town to the Albanian Government. Twelve hundred insurgents at Sartizuaranta have declared their autonomy, and have occupied the dominating portion of Yasta. Fifteen hundred rebels are inside Delvino, and 2.500 are outside. They have notified that they will not recognise the Hellenic officials' authority.
