RUBBISH TIPS.
TO THE FDITOR. ■Sir, —There has been a lot of correspondence in your columns re the City rubbish tips, but T think the Borough ot' Mornington can' give them points for dirt, broken tins?, etc., all exposed, and used after school hours as playgrounds for children. No attempt is made to topdress them with soil or clay. Hoping the Mayor and councillors of Mornington will wake up and do something—l am, etc.. BCBKE SrttEKT. ' March 2.
