♦ To-day. Fat Cattle.—l 74. A big yarding of medium quality. Prices were easier by about 10s per head. Quotations: Best bullocks, £ll to £l2; extra, to £l3 10s; medium, £,B 15s to £9 10s; inferior, £7 15s to* £8 ss; best cows and "heifers, £7 10s to £8 10s; extra, to £9 10s ; medium, £6 to £6 15s; inferior, £4 15s to £5 10s. Sheep.—l,4l2. A medium yarding of fair quality. Prices were firmer by about Is per head. Quotations: Best wethers, 21s to 225;-extra, to 24s 9d; medium, 19s to 20s; 18s; best ewes, 17s to 19s; extra, to 24s 9d; medium, 15s 6d to 16s 6d; inferior, 13s to 14s. Lambs.—l 74. A small yarding of medium quality. Prices were about the same as those ruling last week. Quotations : Best lambs, 17s to 18s; extra, to 19s 6d; medium. 15s to 16s 6d; inferior, lis 6d to 12s 6d. .
