RISE IN COLONIAL STOCKS.

The stock markets are very buoyant, especially for gilt-edged securities, owing to the cheapness of money. Most colonial Governments’ stocks have advanced 20s. Consols are £74 15s.
The New South Wateo loan is quoted at 1 per cent, premium, and the Victorian at i per cent.
