Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. HGBART. January 18. Lord Chelmsford will visit Canada, next week in order to try to induce Mi" Borden to participate in the Dominions' house at Aklwvch. He will take the plans of the building prepared by Mr Mackenzie, the architect of the Commonwealth building. The Dominions' building is estimated to cost, £1.250.000. Fail Grey's company have invited New Zealand and South Africa to join. Tho Dul.e of Norfolk will act as chairman in Ear! Grey's absence. Lord Chelmsford and Sir Edward Ward have joined the boaid.
