Summoned for the non-pa.yment <>f £45, his wife's costs in ;i, divorce suit in which lie was the successful, petitioner, a city messenger said in the City of London Court that he received £ll7 a. year, and while the divorce suit was pending lie paid his wife as alimony £2 10s ;i month. He had paid £65 for his wife's costs, and still owed £45. He had obtained .111 order for payment of his own costs against the co-respondent.
