LONDON, October 5. Lecturing on ' Human Misfits,' Dr Woods Hutchinson advocated the State- eliminating all the feeble-minded from the community when they are young. The cost of doing so would be no more than the cost of the present maintenance of the insane, while the reduction effected in tho number of paupers and the criminal classes would bo incalculable.
