LONDON, September 4. Miss Estelle Stead's book 'My Father' contains remarkable experiences. The author declares that Mr Stead was to have the. disposal of Mr Cecil Rhodes's fortune on lines which Mr Rhodes laid down, but as Mr Stead was violently opposed to Mr Rhodes's war policy Mr Rhodes appointed other trustees. She also states that three weeks after his death Mr Stead appeared in Julia's bureau (where on payment of a fee communication can be had with the spirli world) a.nd assured his audience, that "All I told vou is true."
