Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, September 5. (Received September 5, at 9:25 a.m.) The ' Morning Herald' predicts ' that, owing to the death of Mr Kellv and the consequent critical state of parties, there will be an early and abiupt termination, of the State session. Mr Holman, thc<Premicr, vouchsafed no reply to a question in tho,Legislative Assembly as to whether ho was in a position to contradict persistent statements that the session is going to end next week. A question by Mr Wade, Leader of the Opposition, as to whether it is intended to issue an election writ for the vacant seat, also failed to draw any information. The ' Herald' adds that it is understood that at a meeting of tho Government party in caucus it was decided to issue a ukase to tho Ministry, demanding that, in view of the closeness of the numbers of parties, Parliament should close down without delay.
