iSorthorn Ports (overland).—6.3o a.m. on Mondays, Wcdnesdavs, and Fridays: 10.00 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Christchurch and Intermediate Towns.— (°verlaml).-6.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. at the C.P.O. ; late letters, 7.40 a.m. and 8 a.m. (tram), 10.45 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. (tram). Invercargill and Intermediate Towns.— (.60 a,m. and 3.45 p.m. at the C.P.0.; late letters 8 a.m. and 8.20 a.m. (train), 4 p.m. and 4.25 p.m. (train). EASTER HOLIDAYS. Good Friday, March 21, will be observed as a S'inday All mails despatched on Good triday, 21st, will be closed at 8 p.m on Ihursday, March 20. The City and suburban receiving boxes will be cleared at 6 p.m. on Ihursday, the 20th, instead of at midnight. A counter delivery of the City and surburban letters will be made at the Chief Post Office between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. x SATURDAY, MARCH 22. Mails will be despatched as usual. Two lull deliveries will be made by the lettercarriers at 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Also a delivery of the City and suburban correspondence over the counter at the Chief Post Office between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. MONDAY, MARCH 24. The usual despatch of mails will be ??i de U ?J? 8 am -' i,nd th e Chief Post Office will be open in all its branches (except Money Order and Savings Bank) from 9 a.m. till 10 a.m. There will not be any delivery by the letter-carriers, but a general delivery of letters will be made over the counter between 9 a.m and 10 a.m. Mails for the Australian States, United Kingdom and Continent of Europe the Last, etc. (per Ulimaroa), close at 'Wellington at 5 p.m. to-morrow.
