(Received January 4, at 8 a.m.) The Labor party's conference have adopted their committee's report on the colored question. The report emphasised the maintenance of white ideals, and insisted on "white" standards in industrial legislation. Heavy penalties to prevent miscegenation (or fusion of the black and white races) are recommended.
