* OPERATION ON LORD * HARDINGE. [Per United Pbess.] LONDON- December 23. (Received December 24, at 2.45 p.m.) The Allies' conditions include tho cession of all territory westward of a point east of Rodosto to the Bay of Malatra. excluding the Peninsula of Gallipoli; the cession of islands in tho /Egean Sea, and the abandonment of Turkish rights to Crete. The Albanian question is to be left to tho Powers. DELHI, December 23. An operation under chloroform was performed on Lord Hardinge. Three small nails and particles of iron were removed from the right shoulder and the back. Lord Hardinge /is progressing favorably. "
