MAGISTRATE’S COURT.

Martin (Green Island), claim £2 7s 6d, for clothing supplied; Henry F. Moss v. James A. Brown, claim £29 7s 6d, for goods supplied. Burton Bros. (Mr Moore) v. Thomas Cal-endar.—-Claim, £2 12s Id, on a judgment summons.— there was no appearance of the defendant, who was ordered to pay £1 12s Id, the amount due, with costs, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment. John H. F. Hamel (Mr Moore) v. Archibald Trevithick.—Cloaim, 15s 6d,ona judgment summons.—The defendant did not appear, and was ordered to pay the amount due, with costs, in default 24 hours’ imprisonment.

B. Godfrey (Mr Scurr) v. Arthur Lupton. Claim. £l4 18s 6d. on a judgment summons.—The defendant gave evidence as to his means, after which His Worship declined to make an order. The ‘Trade Guardina,’ Limited v. A. G. Thompson (Port Ahuriri).—Claim, £1 Is, subscription to ‘ Guardian.’—Mr A. C. Smith appeared for the plaintiffs, for whom judgment w,: given for the amount claimed, with oosts.

Helen Wilson v. William Dobson and Georgina Dobson.—Claim, £7 17s 6<l ( for damages arising oat of a breach of contract. Mr Brugh appeared for plaintiff and Mr Wood for the defendants.—Judgment -eras given for the plaintiff against William Dobson for £ls os and costs/
