Drunkenness.—Two men, first offenders, failed to appear, and each was fined 10b, the amount of his bail.—Another first offender, who did answer to hie name, was formally convicted of drunkenness, and fined 20s for procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order. Maintenance.—Albert Stringer, arrested at Roxburgh yesterday, and charged with, failing to provide adequate maintenance for his wife, was remanded to To Aroha, to appear there on Tuesday next.
