Press AsHociation—By Telegraph—Copyright. WASHINGTON, October 4. In the course of an interview Sir G. H. Reid said that Great Britain would not grudge the United States any recompense they would receive from the Panama Canal, but Americans should observe their treaty rights when pledged to them.
