CAIRO, August 26. (Received August 27, at 8.45 a.m.)
The Alexandrian authorities arrested a man from Constantinople who had in his possession a number of documents inciting Egyptians to rebellion, also praising the prisoners who were concerned in the recent conspiracy charge. The search of a printing office at Cairo revealed a quantity of similar documents.
