LONDON, August 26. Special memorial services were held in all the Salvationist citadels yesterday, at which General Booth's favorite hymns were sung. References to his life work were made in other places of worship, including tributes from Canon Newbolt in St. Paul's, the Prebendary of Carlisle at the Isle of Wight, and the Rev. " Father M'Kenner (R.C.) in Westminster Cathedral. PERTH, August 27.

The memorial service for the late General Booth was attended by the Governor (Sir G. Strickland), the bishop, and the members of the Ministry.
