BERLIN, August 26,
The Zeppelin airship Hansa, which has been provided with a substructure, alighted on the Elbe and cruised in the water at a speed oi 5% knots, the propellers in the rear acting as rudders. Finally it rose in the air and landed at Hamburg.
DEATH OF AN EXPERT.
TRIPOLI, August 26,
Lieutenant Mangini, an expert aviator, while reconnoitring in a monoplane, fell into the sea and was drowned.
