Proclamations offering 5,000 pesos (if in go.hl equivalent to about £600) for the, assassins- of Frank Jenkins. William Jenkins, and James Dunn, English mine experts, are being circulated.
In. connection with the strike at the El Oro mines, bombs were found in the mine?.
An appeal lias been made to the Government to .suppress tho present lawlessness.
